i got so embarrassed when you called attention to the way i sit on my feet in my chair (i "look uncomfortable"). cross my legs , assume a posture less offensive to you. be a way that i think makes me less attackable. i don't say anything that might make you upset with me. i'm so scared that i'll get embarrassed and you won't defend me. please don't joke like that , i don't know why it hurts to hear you be sarcastic and dismissive , i just know it feels bad and i just wanna be small right now. i guess i haven't figured it out yet , but i feel like i deserve to feel like this forever and i will. don't say that you care about me when you're always pretending i don't know what you say when you think you're away from the people you hurt with your words.
